Order Information

How to order?

Please send an e-mail to: relaxrecords@ownit.nu with a list of the items you are interested in. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a total cost including postage. DO NOT send any payment before you get this confirmation that the items you want are reserved for you.

How to pay?

Method of payment is via PayPal or cash in registered mail. All our prices are in Swedish Crowns (SEK). We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks due to high bank fees in Sweden. Swedish citizens can use other methods of payment. Please ask.

We accept all major currencies as payment.

Delivery

All orders are processed when payment arrives.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees are extra. We ship with Swedish Post.

If you buy more than one CD, shipping charges will be combined, for most CDs there will be an extra $1.50 - $2.50 for each additional disc, but the exact cost of shipping will depend on the total weight of the final package. The more you buy the less shipping per item.

Insurance

Insurance is available for the additional cost of $6.00 (value up to $60.00 US dollars) or $12.00 (value up to $1000.00 US Dollars). We are not responsible for packages sent without insurance.

Return policy

All sales are final. Only new and still factory sealed items can be returned. We do not credit broken jewel cases.

If you receive a damaged delivery or incorrect goods, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. We will discuss the nature of the problem with you and decide the best way to solve it. If goods are damaged we will either ask you to retain them so that your local postal service can inspect them or ask you to return the goods to us. If we ask you to return goods, please do so within 3 business days. It is imperative the goods are returned with the original packaging and returned by insured/registered delivery. Please retain your proof of posting. You are responsible for the return until it arrives to us. We do not refund return postage. You will be responsible to pay for any taxes or custom fees that might be added by Swedish customs for the return.

Please note: in order for us to be able to process any returned goods you will need to quote the reference given or enclose a copy of the authorization of return.

Lost parcels

We are only responsible for packages sent by insured air-mail.

EU Customers: If your goods don’t arrive within 20 days of dispatch please email us and we will contact the Swedish post and complete the claim forms and submit them for a full refund. Please note that this process might take up to 90 business days.

Overseas Customers: If your goods don’t arrive within 30 days of dispatch please email us and we will contact the Swedish post and complete the claim forms and submit them for a full refund. Please note that this process might take up to 90 business days.

Unfortunately the Swedish post office will not investigate missing parcels until 20-30 days have elapsed since dispatch.

If the post office finds the package it will be sent to you again. If they can’t find the package you will be refunded thru PayPal or in cash after we receive the refund from the Swedish post.
